Our 2009 harvest of Villa Sofia Olive Oil was again a real family affair, with three generations of Sinaguglia's combing olives from the trees, including Sofia (aged 7) and Dante (aged 4 years). There was a bumper crop of olives on the trees this year, but with some extra help from Nick, Jane, Dan & Sarah (thank you!), we managed to wade through the mud and rain to pick a couple of tonnes! As always, a delicious oil with a peppery kick.

when cold the oil may look cloudy, this will disappear when brought back to room temperature

there may be some natural residue from the olives in the oil which will collect at the bottom contents: 100% extra virgin olive oil
