New from David Mellor Design is a range of black handled stainless steel kitchen knives designed by Corin Mellor. The high carbon stainless steel blades are hot drop forged and then ice hardened to minus 80°c. This innovative process creates an extremely hard and durable blade. Each knife handle incorporates an internal back weight, giving a superb balance and grip.

Our beautiful range of oak wrapped knife blocks is the perfect compliment to the 'starter' set of kitchen knives from David Mellor (stainless steel or black handle). They are also available wrapped in black walnut or can be custom finished to match your kitchen.
