Set in the beautiful Purbeck hills, the cookery school is ideally located for those wishing to combine culinary instruction with a relaxing break in Dorset. Our new Autumn/Winter 2008 timetable is now on our course page. The mushroom season is underway (just some of Giuseppe's dried ceps from this September, pictured right), so book one of the remaining places on our Mad About Mushrooms course.
