Set in the beautiful Purbeck hills, the cookery school is ideally located for those wishing to combine culinary instruction with a relaxing break in Dorset. 

Two new short courses - an Evening of Oyster Shucking, Dressing & Tasting, 15th June, only £35, includes a glass of chilled prosecco or a Morning of Mackerel Smoking, 6th July, prepare your fresh mackerel fillets, smoke them to perfection & then enjoy a light lunch of smoked mackerel salad! Again, only £35 per person.

Late availability - we still have spaces on our 'Zero to Hero' course, starting on the 14th May, 6-8.30pm - by the end of the four weeks we'll have our 'zeros' cooking up some delicious suppers. & also spaces for 'Pizza & Italian Breads', 2nd June, 9.30am-3pm. New 'Seafood' date - 25th May, 9.30am-3pm, 3 places available. Call 01929 477260 to book a place.

Party Catering - Giuseppe is available as a 'private' chef, whether it be in your own home or for a 'Chef's Table' at the cookery school. Please call for menus, prices & availability.
