Set in the beautiful Purbeck hills, the cookery school is ideally located for those wishing to combine culinary instruction with a relaxing break in Dorset. 

The Spring/Summer 2013 timetable is available to view right now over on the course page - bringing the best local, fresh ingredients together with brilliant tuition, our courses are hands-on, maximum of 6 students per course. If you are booked to do a course from the Autumn/Winter timetable between now & April, they are going ahead as planned.

This years' harvest of Extra Virgin Olive Oil is selling fast, so call to reserve your annual supply.
If you have received an Olive Tree gift voucher this Christmas & there isn't a date to suit you, just let us know & we can add another!

Party Catering - Giuseppe is available as a 'private' chef, whether it be in your own home or for a 'Chef's Table' at the cookery school. Please call for menus, prices & availability.
